With these details on hand, the support team can review and resolve your issue more quickly.
inf899 has two official contact channels. The first is Live Chat in Burmese — open it directly on the website and start chatting right away. The second is Email — you can write to [email protected]. Please note that these two are the only official contact channels.
The inf899 customer support team can communicate in Burmese. This is a Burmese-first service designed so Myanmar players can understand everything clearly, and you should never feel left out because of the language.
Live Casino
Dragon Tiger is a simple card game with just two positions: Dragon and Tiger. The dealer draws one card for each side, and you pick the side with the higher card to win a payout. Because the rules are so straightforward, it is especially popular among new players. It is one of the games Myanmar players enjoy most at the inf899 Live Casino.
Roulette may look complex at first glance, but the basics are simple. You predict which number or colour the ball will land on and place your bet. Starting with easy options like Red/Black or Odd/Even lets you get a feel for the game quickly. You can also try a demo before betting real money.
The minimum bet at Live Casino tables varies depending on the table type. inf899 has tables to suit every player's budget, so you can check the table details before you start. With tables at different bet levels available, you can choose one that matches your budget.
Yes, you can play inf899 Live Casino smoothly on a mobile phone (Android / iOS). No app download is needed — just access it directly through your browser from anywhere. Players say the stream runs smoothly as long as your internet connection is good.
Yes, in Live Dealer games you can see a real card-dealing dealer in full HD via camera, and you can watch every move the dealer makes in real time. With a good local internet connection the stream is smooth and gives you the feel of playing live. You can also interact with the dealer using the chat feature.
Withdrawal Questions
If your withdrawal stays in Pending status, it is normally still being processed and verified. At inf899, withdrawal processing takes 5 to 30 minutes, so if it goes beyond that time you can contact the support team to check. Also make sure all withdrawal conditions have been met beforehand.
To withdraw Welcome Bonus funds, you must meet a 20x wagering requirement. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks you receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 60,000 Ks. To withdraw funds derived from that bonus, you must complete bets totalling 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks before the bonus-derived amount becomes withdrawable.
Yes, when withdrawing from inf899 — whether via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay or CB Pay — funds are only sent to the player's own wallet or account. Transfers to a third party's account are not allowed. This is a policy put in place to protect players.
Yes, inf899 withdrawal service is available any time — nights and holidays included. We run 24/7, so don't worry about MMT time or which day it is. Holidays will not delay your withdrawal.
The minimum withdrawal amount at inf899 is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals below that amount cannot be processed. The minimum deposit is 3,000 Ks, which is different from the withdrawal limit, so please check before contacting support.
Security and Privacy
inf899 uses SSL encryption to protect the personal and financial information players provide. Your data is never shared with third parties — it is kept within the platform with security measures in place. inf899 operates as a secure and trustworthy platform.
Two-Step Verification (2FA) requires not just a password but also a second check — an OTP code — when logging into your account. Even if your password is leaked, it prevents unauthorized access. You can enable it from your account Settings, and our support team can guide you through the process.
No. Never share your OTP code with anyone, including inf899 support staff. Anyone asking for your OTP code should be assumed to have bad intentions — refuse immediately and report it to the inf899 support team.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify the inf899 customer support team via Live Chat or [email protected]. The team will investigate and can temporarily suspend your account if needed, so act without delay.
Slots Questions
A Progressive Jackpot is a prize pool that grows as players keep playing. A small portion of each player's bet is added to the pot, and it keeps building until one player hits the jackpot. After that, the amount resets and starts growing again. The more players who join, the bigger the prize — which is why jackpot games attract so many players.
RTP (Return to Player) is the percentage of total wagered money that a game is expected to pay back to players on average. A higher RTP means a larger share of bets can return to players over time. It is an average calculation, not a guarantee of winning in any single session, so it is useful as a reference when choosing a game.
Demo Mode is available for most games. You can use it to explore how a game works and check out its bonus features without spending any money, which helps you pick a game you like. Note that winnings in Demo Mode cannot be withdrawn — it is for practice only.
Free Spins can be earned when Scatter Symbols land during a game or by entering a Bonus Round. inf899 also offers additional Free Spins during promotions, so it is worth checking the Promotions section regularly. Winnings from Free Spins can be withdrawn after meeting the Wagering requirements.
